Logbook Tablet
- Must be firmly mounted to the dashboard of your truck
- Must have internet connection at all times
- Must have installed ELD app
- Must be presented to DOT officer when requested
- When On Duty no movies can be watched.
ELD Device
- Must always be plugged to your truck
GPS Navigator
- Must be placed on the dashboard / windshield
- Must be updated regularly to keep maps date up to date
Truck Binder
- Must always be kept inside your truck so it can be presented to DOT officer when requested.
Must include the following documents:
- Truck Registration
- Lease Agreement
- Liability Insurance
- MC Certificate
- IFTA License
- Truck's Annual Inspection
- Trailer's Registration
- Trailer's Annual Inspection
- ELD Certificate
- ELD Manual
Permits:
- New York Permit + (HUT Sticker)
- Kentucky Permit
- Connecticut Permit
- New Mexico Permit
- Oregon Permit
Trip Envelopes
- Must include: all BOLs, fuel receipts, repair receipts, DOT inspections, all other trip documents
- Must be sent to the office every week using Trippack Express
- Must include: driver's name, truck #, trailer #, start date, end date.
Toll Device
- Must be purchased and registered by owner operator.
- Must be activated
- Must be placed on a windshield
- Plates of truck and trailer must be added to account vehicles
- Must have linked credit card to keep the balance
Samsara Camera
- Must be placed on the windshield
- Must be turned on and recording at all times
- Must be connected to the Samsara gateway
- Must have internet connection to upload videos
