Tablet Rental with 1GB Internet per month (if applicable) – $10 / week
ELD Provider Fee – $10 / week
Dispatch Service – 11% from gross / week

A) 1 year contract – $175 / week
B) 6 months contract – $190 / week

C) No contract – $215 / week

* Trailer insurance is included in trailer payment for all 3 options

* Owner is responsible for maintenance and repairs of a trailer

Valid CDL Class A
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years
Must complete a company D.O.T. physical and drug screen
No DUIs, DWIs or any other violations involving drugs or alcohol within the last 5 years
